Leadership

We're pleased to announce that Terry Chapman and Keith Walker have agreed to offer their leadership to the One College Initiative. The project management team certainly welcomes their participation and commitment! We’ll be working in the days ahead to engage more and more people in the project.

All employees will learn more about the project on College Day. The initiative will be introduced by the president, while Linda and Allen will each share more detail in divisional meetings following the president’s address.

Enrolment Capacity Study

An integral component of the planning process is the setting of enrolment goals at the institutional level as well as for each academic division. The college has opted to further refine our knowledge in this area with the help of SEM Works. Our constants' method presents a comprehensive, data driven approach to setting enrolment targets that incorporates available business intelligence, an analysis of institutional capacity, an understanding of external forces, and a clear articulation of institutional aspirations.

College data has already been provided to SEM Works to prepare for campus visits on August 23 and 24. Lynda Wallace-Hulacki will be meeting with deans and others on those days to discuss data and aspirations.
